Return Policy

At 1st Seed Bank, our customers are our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your order, we will provide you with a full refund.

Before returning any of our products, please ensure you read and comply fully with our Return Policy (below). We are under no obligation to accept a return, or provide a refund, if these terms are not followed.

1st Seed Bank accepts returns for up to seven days after you have received your order.

You must contact us or start a return request to let us know you wish to return a product, and to begin the return process. Do not return the products until you have received our confirmation of your return. We will provide you with a specific mailing address used only for returns. Do not return products to the main office addresses listed on the website.

1st Seed Bank will not issue a refund for any product returned to us without this confirmation.

We strongly recommend including a tracking number with your returned products so you can ensure their safe delivery and receipt. Prior to receipt by our warehouse, we accept no responsibility for items lost in the postal system during delivery.

How to Return Your Order

1st Seed Bank will accept a return of cannabis seeds purchased through our website up to seven (7) days after your order has been delivered.

In order to get the ball rolling, you must in advance of returning your products if you wish to begin the return process – please do not ship products back to our headquarters until you have received a confirmation of your return from our customer service department, who will provide you with a specific mailing address used solely for returned orders. Please do not return products to the main office addresses listed on our website.

Refunds will not be issued for products that have been returned to our warehouse without confirmation.

To guarantee your refund is processed, we advise you opt to track your package to ensure its safe delivery and receipt to our warehouse. 1st Seed Bank will not accept responsibility for packages that have been damaged or lost in transit.

How to Get a Refund

Some clients will return cannabis seeds that have not germinated to be replaced with a product that is viable, taking advantage of our 90% Germination Guarantee.

If you would prefer that 1st Seed Bank simply issue a refund in the amount paid, we will be more than happy to accommodate. As soon as our warehouse has confirmed receipt of your returned order, 1st Seed Bank will issue a refund for the amount owed in the same method as the original payment was made (i.e. if your order was originally purchased on a credit card, the same amount will be refunded to that card.)

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item to our warehouse.


Once our shipping warehouse has confirmed receipt of the returned items, we will issue a refund for said items, in the same method in which the original payment was made. (For instance, if the order was paid for by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card.)

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
